EasyAnimation will allow you : 

Easy insert animated clip into the window, having given its such properties, as:
* AutoPlay after opening;
* Transparent;
* Centered in the Region rectangle;
* Play only under Mouse cursor;
* Playing in Background process.

Assign a sound (WAV) to this animated clip, having customized such parameters as:
* Start Frame (sounding should start with what frame of animated clip);
* Play repeatedly (Synchronously with Animation or Asynchronously)

Assign to any event in your program a characteristic sound (WAV) for this event.

EasyAnimation is limited to simple AVI files. This means the EasyAnimation supports animation clips that are uncompressed or RLE8 compressed, have a color table, contain a single video stream, and have no sound.
