Renew Subscription

Purchasing a license makes you a registered customer for 12 months, which entitles you to: Access new updates and builds for 12 months. Access e-mail support services for 12 months. At the end of the 12 month period, you can continue to use the latest build of product that you have licensed or renew your subscription for a further 12 months of new builds and support. Upon purchase, you will receive an e-mail with Serial Number and Maintenance and Support Plan Subscription Key for each license you purchased that unlocks the download.

Each renewal allows you to renew a Maintenance and Support Plan Subscription Key for another 12 months of product updates and e-mail support. Upon purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a renewal key and instructions on how to use the key to renew your existing keys. If you choose not to renew, you can continue to use your current version of product. However, your Maintenance and Support Plan Subscription Key will not activate new versions available from the Ingasoftplus web site. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you make a back up copy of the product(s) installation file to a permanent medium such as CD ROM, so that you can reinstall it at any time in the future. Some previous versions of product(s) will be available from the Ingasoftplus web site.
